Overview

MovieTrip ("we," "us," or "our") operates the MovieTrip platform, which helps users discover real-life filming locations from movies and television shows. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our copyright agent. The counter-notification must include:

• Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court in your jurisdiction

Repeat Infringers

MovieTrip maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

User-Generated Content

Our platform may contain user-generated content including reviews, photos, and location information. We do not pre-screen such content, but we will remove infringing content when properly notified.

Movie and TV Show Information

MovieTrip provides information about filming locations for educational and entertainment purposes. We use publicly available information and user contributions. All movie titles, images, and related content are the property of their respective copyright holders.

Processing Time

We aim to process all valid DMCA takedown requests within 24-48 hours of receipt. We will notify you once your request has been reviewed and any necessary action has been taken.
